Hear Laura sing, “Simple Joys of Maidenhood” Junior Nikolas Kaim was banned from going to the theatre as a child after he wrestled out of his seat and ran to the stage during an unforgettable production of A Christmas Carol. Hear Niko sing “Change is gonna come” Jacob Cordie, tenor, is a junior double major in B. He also had the privilege of working with many other renowned directors such as Z.
Jacob has many pass times such as playing tennis, snowboarding, hiking, and staying active as much as possible.
Parks’ studio where he gets the chance to cultivate both his acting and singing skills with someone who is a brilliant, patient, and fun teacher, mentor, friend, and occasional life coach and therapist. Flyte, a lyric tenor hailing from Nazareth, Pennsylvania, is a senior dual major in Voice Performance and Music Education.
Aaron came to Ithaca wanting to expand his range and learn how to sing in a better, healthier, well-rounded way. Parks, he has already made so many improvements with his voice that he didn’t think could be possible for him. Parks introduced Aaron to his “top” (which is his new best friend) and helped him learn how to mix, sing legit, belt in a healthier way, gradually increase his range, and sing in a way that is supported, tension-free, (hopefully) sounds good, and will last for a lifelong performance career. He has had the pleasure of performing in numerous productions and musical ensembles while at Ithaca.
Currently a sophomore, he has been a male understudy/pit singer in Legally Blonde the Musical and Aaron Bernstein/Leonard Jeffries in Fires in the Mirror at IC, as well as Mitch Mahoney in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with Melodramatics Theatre Company.
